Reviews and Ratings
I was thrilled with my stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, and I even got a complimentary upgrade, which was a pleasant surprise. The room layout was practical, with specific areas for strollers, luggage, and backpacks, keeping everything organized and maximizing space. The service was exceptional, especially Bassant's warm welcome at the reception. However, there were some complaints about room 705. The location was superb, close to the airport, supermarkets, shopping mall, and metro station, making it very convenient. The dining experience was delightful, with a rooftop buffet offering fresh juices every morning. Overall, a great value for money.
The hotel may be in need of some upgrades and isn't located beachfront, but it's close to shopping areas. The pool was too cold to enjoy fully. The rooms have a tired appearance, potentially part of ongoing renovations. Service is friendly and especially notable staff members like Jakhir offer great assistance. The location is convenient with many amenities nearby, though the neighborhood offers a variety of dining options. The dining selection is decent but could be pricey compared to ordering online.
The hotel is conveniently located just 3 minutes walk to Al Rigga metro station, offering easy access to restaurants, supermarkets, malls, and services. The rooms were initially basic and had an alarm issue, but the staff quickly addressed it. The service was outstanding, especially thanks to the receptionist 'Princess'. The dining experience, however, was not up to expectations. Overall, a good value for money stay in Dubai.
The hotel had dated and quite small rooms with an odd smell but they were neat and clean. Despite the musty/moldy odor and noise from the nearby club, the location was very accessible and easy to reach, close to the metro and a shopping mall. The service, although prompt at simple tasks, lacked customer service skills but made up for it in other areas. The dining, especially the South Indian cuisine, was very good, although not cheap. Overall, the hotel offers a mix of positive and negative aspects.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms, while clean and tidy, were certainly below the quality I expected from a Holiday Inn. They were quite spacious, suited my 2-night stay, but I would prefer a newer hotel for a longer visit. The service was mostly friendly and positive, making me feel at home. The location, while surrounded by diverse dining options and conveniently close to the metro station, fell short compared to other Holiday Inn Express locations. The dining experience was a mix of fantastic dishes with some disappointments. The facilities were adequate but not exceptional.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and quiet, offering a comfortable experience with a spacious bathroom and powerful shower. However, the breakfast area and the breakfast itself left much to be desired, especially with an early start just after 6 in the morning.
Upon check-in, receptionist Princess was very good, and the rooms were clean, in good order, and up to Holiday Inn standards. The service, especially from the FDO Mr Eco, was accommodating and provided excellent customer care. The location is accessible to all city landmarks, but the dining options were limited and slightly costly.
I found the hotel to have different scents, which was very nice. However, there were some issues like the room smelling of cigarettes when we requested a non-smoking room, and the shower handle being broken. The placement of the phone in the bathroom near the bidet was inconvenient as it kept falling.
Spacious rooms facing the street but noisy at night due to parties; friendly service but untrained staff; near traditional attractions but noisy location; practical dining with limited options; adequate facilities.
